Early bird rates are only applicable to those delegates who register and pay in full by the early bird cut off date, 1 September 2018 (or 20 September 2018 for participants from Vietnamese institutions). Please note if full payment has not been received prior to the early bird cut off date the registration type will automatically roll over to the full registration fee.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION


A tax invoice will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a written confirmation within seven days, please contact the secretary at: admat2019@gmail.com.



CANCELLATION POLICY


By completing and submitting this registration form, you are indicating your intention to attend the summit and you be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. Registration cancellations must be sent in writing via email to admat2019@gmail.com. Registration cancellations received up to 90 days or more prior to the summit will receive a full refund, less a $100 handling fee. Registration cancellations received between 90 and 60 days prior to the summit will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations 60 days or less prior to the summit dates; however a substitute delegate may be nominated.


Dinner tickets will not be refunded if delegate participation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the function. A full refund is provided if cancelled 60 days before the function.



INSURANCE


Insurance, including medical cover, travel cover and expenses incurred in the event the conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. Please discuss insurance cover with your travel agent when booking air travel.
